Starting Point: Why have meetings at all?

I heard a challenging question at my last Greening Hospitality conference: wouldn't the greenest meeting be when everyone stays home, to just have webinars instead of meetings?

How do we get people more involved to help green our meetings?

There's a parallel question: how do we get people more involved by greening our meetings. (We can look at the Chemical industry)
